After four long years of COVID-19, CAA_Korea is excited to bring back and host the annual New Student Send-Off and New Alumni Welcome Event this June. This event is meant to welcome new alumni who graduated from Columbia University this past May 17th and have returned home to South Korea. At the same time, it is meant to celebrate new students who are leaving for the US soon to enroll at Columbia University this Fall. As a Columbia University senior, we hope that you can participate in the event, sharing your experiences with juniors in Part 1 (Orientation), and supporting and encouraging juniors over beer in Part 2 (After Party). We look forward to your participation!

* Time : Part 1 (2:00 ~ 5:00pm) / Part 2 (6:00 ~ 9:00pm)
* Venue : Yonsei University (Sinchon)_Baekyang Nuri (The Commons)_IBK Hall/ Kwak Joung-Hwan Hall/Helinox Hall
* Target Audience :
(1) 2023 new students of Columbia’s 4 undergraduate and 18 graduate schools
(2) Parents of undergraduate school new students
(3) Current undergraduate and graduate school students
(4) Those who graduated this May 17th, 2023 from undergraduate or graduate school (5) Alumni members
* Participation Fee :
(1) Free for new students, parents of new students, current students, 2023 graduates
(2) Alumni members : 50,000KRW per person

곽정환홀 – Kwak Joung-Hwan Hall : New graduate school student orientation (Student life/ life in New York Q&A) by Columbia University_hosted by KGSA
헬리녹스홀 – Helinox Hall : New undergraduate school student orientation (Student life/ life in New York Q&A) by Columbia University_hosted by KISAC and KSA
4:30~5:00PM : Part 2 (After Party) location sharing and group photo

6:00~9:00PM (Near Sinchon – to be announced) : Separate after party will be held by each school for new students/current students/graduates/alumni members

(1) For alumni who have completed the deposit, a bracelet will be provided after identity verification on the day of event (will be used for both Parts 1 & 2)
(2) For both Parts 1 and 2, only alumni who have pre-registered and paid the participation fee can attend. No on-site registration and admission on the day of event
