- Alumni (regular member/associate member), current students, spouses of alumni (alumni's children, friends, acquaintances not allowed to attend)

Access:
(1) Subway: Line 2 Euljiro Station to the first basement floor of LOTTE HOTEL
(2) By car: LOTTE HOTEL valet service (charged) or underground parking lot (free for 5 hours)
Registration & Payment:
(1) Early Bird is only available to Regular Members, their spouses, and current students.
(2) Associate Members may only register during the General Registration period from November 18th for KRW 130,000 per person.
(3) Registration and payment must be completed together to qualify for Early Bird pricing.
(4) If payment is not received, the registration will not be finalized.
(5) No couple/partner discount.
(6) Cancellation & full refund available until Nov. 30, 11:59 PM by emailing the Executive Board.

[Table seating arrangement]
(1) The table layout will be determined by the alumni association based on (a) graduation year (within 1~3 years) (b) mix of schools and (c) balanced gender ratio. It is a designated table system, but please sit freely within the designated table. 1 table will sit 10 people.
(2) If you gather 10 alumni who would like to sit together, we will give you a table. Fill out the 10 people's names/school/graduation year and send by email to the alumni association to request a table

6:00-6:30pm: Check-in / Name tags / Raffle ticket distribution / Seating
6:30-7:00pm: Alumni Association General Meeting
7:00-8:00pm: Dinner (30 different types of food buffet and wine)
8:10-9:00pm: Columbia Quiz & Games / Grand Prize Raffle
9:00-9:30pm: Closing remarks, announcements, group photos
